MotoNovo - positive decision
Some finance companeis often makes ambiguous communications (such as: on a first analysis of your file it seems that you did not have a hidden discretionary fee). We follow up and clarify the situation, asking to be told clearly if other analyses are coming and whether there was one or not. Moreover, the financier can find other reasons for returning your money. In this case, MotoNovo returned it because they did not apply the correct interest rate during a period when the client was financially vulnerable.
BlackHorse - positive decision

Recomand cu încredere!
Din păcate în cazul meu nu s-au putut recupera nimic pentru ca nu am avut comision discreționar ascuns. În urma răspunsului am primit înapoi cum au promis taxa achitată la început dar echipa Provelt și-a dat tot interesul să mă ajute.

Who runs Proveit?
My name is Adrian Defta
I led the innovation department in Admiral for 8 years (if you've used the Confused.com App you know now who was behind it).
